One thing that is certain & equal about trucking is that you will be abused by warehouse personnel at one time or another. In my personal opinion, I think it is completely uncalled for and try to address it (professionally) whenever I can. More than likely upper management is completely unaware of the abusive practices of the shipper/receiving clerk and once you alert them to this behavior you will have an advocate in this person (management). When you see this behavior starting to happen, SPEAK UP and call these bullies out. I show you the wrong way and the right way to address ABUSIVE warehouse workers and hopefully we can all benefit and progress in the future.
